What forms of payment does Uncommon Knowledge accept?
We accept most debit and credit cards. The debit cards that can be used for payment are Switch, Solo, Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, American Express and any debit cards issued by the high street banks.
The types of credit cards that can be used for payment are Visa, MasterCard, American Express and most building society credit cards.
We also accept payment via PayPal, just click the PayPal Buy Now icon.
How do I place an order by phone / change my order?
If you would like to order by phone or amend an order you have placed online, please call the customer care line on +44 (0) 1273 776770 or email us. Please remember to have your product selection and credit card details ready when you call.
When will I get my order?
We will ship your order within one working day. Delivery times will vary depending on your location but generally within the UK your order will arrive within 1-3 days, Europe in 2-4 days, USA 4-6 days and the rest of the world, 5-7 days.

Delivery information & Returns
Your order will be shipped to you within one working day. When it is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your products will be suitably packaged before being mailed out.
However, if your goods arrive damaged or if you are not happy with your order please email us or phone us on +44 (0)1273 55 77 99.
We will thoroughly investigate your query and ensure that you are refunded or credited with any money owing to you. If you are not happy with the products we have sent, then you can return them within 90 days, without giving us a reason. You will be refunded within 7 days of our receiving your return. Your statutory rights are not affected.
This can be organised through the phone number or e-mail as detailed above. To keep the cost to you as low as possible, deliveries in the UK will be via the Royal Mail. This means that the parcel is likely to be delivered with the rest of your post. If you are out when it is delivered and the parcel does not fit through your letterbox, you will be left a card asking you to collect the parcel from your local sorting office. This is likely to be much closer than the nearest depot of a national carrier.
